Terms & Conditions:

  1. Information on how to enter and claim the free Ice Maker via redemption offer form part of these Terms & Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
  2. The Promoter is Glen Dimplex Australia of 8 Lakeview Drive Scoresby, VIC 3179 Australia.
  3. For these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply: ‘Purchase’ means an order placed and paid in full for the Participating Product(s) during the Promotional Period from a participating authorised Crossray Retailer in Australia. Purchase does not include:
    • Orders not paid in full;
    • Second hand products;
    • Purchases by Glen Dimplex Australia staff and their immediate family;
    • Purchases made in conjunction with any other promotion;
    • Purchases made directly from GDA
    • Purchases made through any unauthorized retailer; and
    • T2/clearance products.
  4. The promotion commences on 17th August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 30th of August 2026 (“Promotional Period”). Redemption entries must be submitted by 11:59pm AEST on 2nd of September 2026.

  6. Only valid on purchases from retail stores between the 17/08/2026 and 30/08/2026 (inclusive). Any proof of purchase/tax invoice provided outside of these dates will not be accepted.
  7. To make a valid claim, consumers must complete the online redemption form available at https://crossray.com.au/free-ice-maker-redemption/ and attach a copy of proof of purchase/tax invoice showing full payment. The invoice must display the outdoor kitchen. Failure to complete this form in full or to provide proof of purchase showing payment in full, will lead to a rejection of the claim.
  8. All redemption claims must be submitted by 11:59pm AEST on 2nd of September 2026. The Promoter will not accept any claims after this date.
  9. Claimants will have a choice of (one) of the below ice makers:
    - Morphy Richards 15kg Ice Maker Stainless Steel MRICE15SS
    - Morphy Richards 15kg Ice Maker Matt Black MRICE15BK
    - Morphy Richards 15 kgs Ice Maker Matte White MRICE15WB
  10. Subject to claim validation, eligible claimants who purchase one of the listed outdoor kitchen models will receive the corresponding free Ice Maker. Ice Maker cannot be substituted or exchanged, and the Ice Maker is not redeemable for cash.
  11. The selection of ice maker colour is subject to stock availability. In the event that the preferred colour is unavailable, an alternative colour may be supplied at the supplier's discretion.
