1. Information on how to enter and claim the free Crossray Accessory Pack redemption offer forms part of these Terms & Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions

3. For these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply: ‘Purchase’ means an order placed and paid in full for the Participating Product(s) during the Promotional Period from a participating authorised Crossray dealer in Australia. Purchase does not include: • Orders not paid in full;
• Second hand products;
• Purchases by Glen Dimplex Australia staff and their immediate family;
• Purchases made in conjunction with any other promotion;
• Purchases made directly from Glen Dimplex
• Purchases made through any unauthorised retailer; and
• T2/clearance products.
4. The promotion commences on 1 May 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 18 May 2026 (“Promotional Period”). Redemption entries must be submitted by 11:59pm AEST on 31st May 2026

6. Only valid on purchases from retail stores between the 01/05/26 and 18/05/2026 (inclusive). Any proof of purchase/tax invoice provided outside of these dates will not be accepted.
7. To make a valid claim, consumers must complete the online redemption form available at https://crossray.com.au/free-accessory-pack-entry/ and attach a copy of proof of
purchase/tax invoice showing full payment. Failure to complete this form in full or to provide proof of purchase showing payment in full, will lead to a rejection of the claim.
8. All redemption claims must be submitted by 11:59pm AEST on 31st May 2026. The Promoter will not accept any claims after this date.
9. Subject to claim validation, eligible claimants who purchase one of the listed models will receive the free Crossray Accessory Pack. Item cannot be substituted or exchanged, and the item is not redeemable for cash.
10. The free Accessory pack is subject to change and may be replaced with a similar product if necessary.
