Terms & Conditions:

  • Information on how to enter and claim the free Jim’s Mowing Voucher via redemption offer form part of these Terms & Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
  • The Promoter is Glen Dimplex Australia of 8 Lakeview Drive Scoresby, VIC 3179 Australia.
  • For these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply: "Purchase" means an order placed and paid in full for a Participating Product during the Promotional Period from an authorised Crossray retailer in Australia. Purchase does not include:
    • Orders not paid in full;
    • Second-hand products;
    • Purchases by Glen Dimplex Australia staff and their immediate family;
    • Purchases made in conjunction with any other promotion;
    • Purchases made directly from Glen Dimplex Australia;
    • Purchases made through an unauthorised retailer; and
    • Clearance or T2 products.
  • The promotion commences on 14th September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 28th September 2026 ("Promotional Period"). Redemption claims must be submitted by 11:59pm AEST on 29th September 2026
  • To qualify for the redemption offer, a participating Crossray Outdoor Kitchen must be purchased during the Promotional Period.

Eligible Reward: One (1) $250 Assembly Voucher

  • Only valid on purchases made during the Promotional Period. Any proof of purchase/tax invoice provided outside of these dates will not be accepted.
  • To make a valid claim, consumers must complete the online redemption form available at https://crossray.com.au/assembly-redemption/ and attach a copy of their proof of purchase/tax invoice showing full payment.
  • The invoice must clearly identify the purchased Crossray Outdoor Kitchen. Failure to complete the claim form in full or provide valid proof of purchase showing payment in full may result in the claim being rejected.
  • All redemption claims must be submitted by 11:59pm AEST on 29th September 2026. The Promoter will not accept claims received after this date.
  • Subject to claim validation:
    • Eligible claimants who purchase a qualifying Compact Kitchen will receive a $150 Jim’s Mowing Assembly Voucher.
    • Eligible claimants who purchase a qualifying Classic or Premium Kitchen will receive a $250 Jim’s Mowing Assembly Voucher.
  • Digital vouchers will be emailed to the email address provided in the claim form within fourteen (14) days of receipt and approval of a valid claim.
  • If a claim is incomplete or additional information is required, the claimant will be contacted. The fourteen (14) day processing period will commence once a complete and valid claim has been received.
  • Vouchers are valid for 36 months from the date of issue.
  • Vouchers can only be used for services provided by Jim's Mowing.
  • Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, cannot be refunded, exchanged, transferred, or resold.

  • By submitting a claim, customers acknowledge and agree that their contact information may be provided to Jim's Mowing for the purpose of voucher redemption, booking administration, and assembly service coordination.
  • Assembly services are provided by Jim's Mowing and are subject to Jim's Mowing's terms and conditions, service availability, and coverage areas.
  • Any costs exceeding the value of the voucher are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Crossray is not responsible for booking, scheduling, performance, delivery, or availability of assembly services provided by Jim's Mowing.
  • Crossray reserves the right to verify the validity of any claim and may request additional information or documentation.
  • Incomplete, fraudulent, misleading, duplicate, or invalid claims may be rejected at the Promoter's discretion.
  • To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, or undelivered claims, vouchers, or communications.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, extend, or cancel the promotion at any time, subject to applicable laws.
  • Personal information supplied by claimants will be handled in accordance with Glen Dimplex Australia's Privacy Policy and applicable privacy legislation.
  • Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
