Promoter
The promoter is Thermofilm AU trading as CROSSRAY
Eligibility
This competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older, except employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected to the competition..
Competition Period
The competition begins on 07/03/2025 and ends at 11:59 PM AEST on 08/03/2025. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
- Scan the QR code displayed at the CROSSRAY stand during the Meatstock festival in Toowoomba.
- Complete the competition entry form on the CROSSRAY AU website.
Only one entry per person is allowed.
Prizes
There are two (2) prizes to be won, each consisting of one (1) portable gas heater. Each winner will receive one heater. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Winner Selection and Notification
Two (2) winners will be drawn randomly from all eligible entries within 10 days of the competition closing date. Winners will be notified via email or phone within 15 days of the draw. If a winner does not respond within 15 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner.
Use of Personal Information
By entering the competition, participants consent to the Promoter collecting, storing, and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the competition. Participants also consent to receiving marketing communications from CROSSRAY unless they opt out.
Liability
The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues or entries lost, delayed, or misdirected. The Promoter's decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding.
Governing Law
This competition is governed by the laws of Australia.
