Terms & Conditions:

  1. Information on how to enter and claim the free wine selectors wine pack via redemption offer form part of these Terms & Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
  2. The Promoter is Glen Dimplex Australia of 8 Lakeview Drive Scoresby, VIC 3179 Australia.
  3. For these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply: ‘Purchase’ means an order placed and paid in full for the Participating Product(s) during the Promotional Period from a participating authorised Crossray Retailer in Australia. Purchase does not include:
    • Orders not paid in full;
    • Second hand products;
    • Purchases by Glen Dimplex Australia staff and their immediate family;
    • Purchases made in conjunction with any other promotion;
    • Purchases made directly from GDA
    • Purchases made through any unauthorized retailer; and
    • T2/clearance products.
  4. The promotion commences on 2nd November 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 15th November 2026 (“Promotional Period”). Redemption entries must be submitted by 11:59pm AEST on 17th November 2026.
  5. This promotion is available to participants over the age of 18 years and older.
  6. Delivery excludes areas that are classified by an Authority as alcohol-free zones.
    Wine Selectors uses Australia Post to deliver to all States and Territories. Wine Selectors can deliver wine to anywhere in Australia, except for areas that are classified by the Australian Government as dry zones or Australian Islands that are classified as in International Waters.
  7. Personal information will be shared with Wine Selectors and may be used for marketing and commercial purposes.
  8. Customers will receive an email notification advising when their delivery is due to arrive.
  9. Wine packs will be dispatched at the end of November 2026; wine cannot be delivered to persons under the age of 18.
  10. To qualify for the redemption, offer, a participating Crossray Outdoor kitchen must be purchased. Participating Crossray Outdoor Kitchens are listed below.

Value of $416

  1. Only valid on purchases from retail stores between the 02/11/2026 and 15/11/2026 (inclusive). Any proof of purchase/tax invoice provided outside of these dates will not be accepted.
  2. To make a valid claim, consumers must complete the online redemption form available at https://crossray.com.au/wine-selectors-pack-redemption-form-2026/ and attach a copy of proof of purchase/tax invoice showing full payment. The invoice must display the Outdoor kitchen. Failure to complete this form in full or to provide proof of purchase showing payment in full, will lead to a rejection of the claim.
  3. All redemption claims must be submitted by 11:59pm AEST on 17th November 2026. The Promoter will not accept any claims after this date.
  4. Subject to claim validation, eligible claimants who purchase one of the listed outdoor kitchen models will receive the corresponding free wine pack. Wine packs are not transferrable, cannot be substituted or exchanged and not redeemable for cash.
