Ingredients
- 2 x Barramundi Fillets
- Butter
- Salt & Pepper
- Lime Juice
- Dill
Method
Step 1
Pre-heat Crossray Electric BBQ to 180degrees
Spread butter over aluminium foil
Step 2
Lay barramundi fillet on top of butter, season with salt and pepper, squeeze lime juice and add sprig of dill.
Wrap fillet in aluminium foil and place on grill, close lid for several minutes. Cooking time will vary depending on thickness of fillet.
Step 3
Remove from heat, unwrap and serve.
