Gin and Lime Butter Basted King Prawns

Ingredients

  • Deveined prawns, peeled tail on
  • Juice of 6 limes
  • 150gr butter
  • 100ml Gin
  • Parsley (your choice)

Method

Step 1

Pre-heat Crossray Electric BBQ to 200 degrees
Melt butter in saucepan, stir in lime juice and gin

Step 2

Place prawns on grill and baste with gin lime butter
Turn after a 2minutes, cooking time will vary depending on thickness of prawns
Baste again with gin lime butter, cook till char show and remove from heat and serve hot.

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 minutes
