Ingredients
- Deveined prawns, peeled tail on
- Juice of 6 limes
- 150gr butter
- 100ml Gin
- Parsley (your choice)
Method
Step 1
Pre-heat Crossray Electric BBQ to 200 degrees
Melt butter in saucepan, stir in lime juice and gin
Step 2
Place prawns on grill and baste with gin lime butter
Turn after a 2minutes, cooking time will vary depending on thickness of prawns
Baste again with gin lime butter, cook till char show and remove from heat and serve hot.
